2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily access and use our services for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy our materials
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
- Transfer the materials to another person
3. Service Description
Spinabot provides AI-powered tools including chatbot builders, voice agents, workflow automation, and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without notice.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
5. Payment Terms
Certain services require payment. You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We may change our pricing at any time with 30 days notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Spinabot or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damages.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
